Bonnie has been a Licensed Minister in the State of Ohio since 2007, and practices in the Columbus and Central Ohio area. She custom designs her creative wedding ceremonies to bring the personal and unique qualities of her Brides and Grooms to the forefront by administering sophisticated, elegant and professionally delivered ceremonies. She practices in selected venues at the request of her Brides and Grooms in Columbus, Ohio. Her strong background in marketing has been one of her greatest assets in creating personalized wedding ceremonies for discerning couples who desire the highest of quality in memorable wedding services. Bonnie has become known throughout the Central Columbus Ohio area as the “Minister of Choice”, as her ceremonies are one of a kind, and are personally designed for each of her Brides and Grooms
A life-long resident of Columbus, Ohio, Bonnie graduated from Upper Arlington High School, attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, where she majored in English, Speech Therapy and Marketing. She received her Bachelors Degree in Applied Business Science and Real Estate from the Hondros College in Columbus, Ohio.
Bonnie was the first woman to receive the Ohio Small Business Person of the Year Award in 1978. She was honored at a White House Rose Garden ceremony hosted by President Jimmy Carter and Senator John Glenn in 1978. She placed 5th in the nation for entrepreneurial innovation, and was named one of Ohio’s Top Ten Business Women in 1979. She has become a sought-after speaker and advocate for women in business as well as a guest on TV programs such as Good Morning America, AM Chicago and PM Magazine. She has been published in The Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, Business Week, Success Unlimited, Ohio Magazine, and various business journals.
She is a Hospice Volunteer, a member of the Dublin Christian Church, a member in good standing of The Universal Life Church, and has two sons. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, Columbus Board of Realtors, a past member of the Independent Brokers Association, International Franchise Association, The Columbus Symphony Group, The Fashion Group of Columbus, and The Scioto Country Club.
